THE POST non-competition agreement CONTRACT
In certain jobs, it is common to include non-competition agreements to terminate the contract after work. This is to prevent a qualified employee leaves the company, usually to go to competition.
For these clauses to be valid it is necessary meeting certain requirements, essentially, that the company has a commercial or industrial interest, and also that it meets adequate financial compensation to the employee. This is the fundamental issue and that discussions focus upon the contract terminated.
