reform union strike labor reform proposal

English unions have decided to postpone the strike call for September 29, coinciding with a general conference which meets at the European level. Thus it becomes more dilute its position against the Government, as it merely adhere to the European strike which "officially" could not ignore out of solidarity with Europe.

Nonetheless, France has called the general strike on June 24, Italy for the next day, June 25 and will also attend the September 29 general. It shows something of the attitude of our trade union, regardless of little or no effectiveness of the call postponing until after summer.

In another order of things is interesting to note the words of the socialist ex-minister Carlos Solchaga: Reform must simplify the hiring, firing and adjusting to lower the compensation and introduce genuine pick clauses that are not imposed on companies that do not can assume.
